Job summary

Konnectcx is seeking a dedicated Onboarding & Employee Experience Specialist to own the 30/60/90 onboarding journey and drive high-touch new-hire experiences. You will design personalized milestones, deliver HR Foundations and payroll modules, and connect new hires with their peer group.

You will coordinate with HR, Training, Operations, IT, and Payroll to ensure seamless access, compliance, and documentation, while collecting feedback to improve the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live onboarding/training sessions (HR Foundations, payroll modules) to groups of new hires.
• Ability to use HRIS/onboarding tracking tools and spreadsheets to track milestones.
• Experience running pulse surveys and turning results into action steps.
• Strong service mindset and discrete handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate 30/60/90 onboarding plans from day 1 to full integration.
• Deliver onboarding, payroll, and new hire team modules and reinforce culture.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and new hires with a warm, concierge approach.
• Coordinate with HR, Training, IT, and Payroll to ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Track metrics and share simple reports to HR leadership.
