Servicon is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support a positive new hire experience. You will coordinate pre-employment steps, orientation logistics, and system access, partnering with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, and operations to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.

The role requires 2–3 years in onboarding or HR coordination, strong communication, and discretion. A hybrid office setup in Culver City is typical, with potential travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in onboarding or HR support roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of onboarding processes, HR administration, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms, or ticketing/document tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including pre-employment steps and orientation logistics.
• Prepare, collect, review, and track new hire documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support background checks, I-9, employment verification, and other onboarding requirements per policy.
• Maintain confidential employee records and onboarding checklists with accuracy.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, providing clear and timely communication.
