The role partners with People Experience, Recruiters, and hiring leaders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements and a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; HR, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to guide new hires through complex processes with patience and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with HR systems and documenting information accurately.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, welcoming them warmly and professionally.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements with People Experience, Recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Respond to new hire questions the same business day with empathetic, solutions-focused support.
• Capture and share updates with stakeholders; maintain accurate notes in HR systems.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of the onboarding experience reflecting our culture of care.
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
