The role partners with People Experience, Recruiters, and hiring leaders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements and a seamless experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; HR, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Ability to guide new hires through complex processes with patience and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with HR systems and documenting information accurately.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, welcoming them warmly and professionally.
Coordinate onboarding requirements with People Experience, Recruiters, and hiring leaders.
Respond to new hire questions the same business day with empathetic, solutions-focused support.
Capture and share updates with stakeholders; maintain accurate notes in HR systems.
Contribute to ongoing improvements of the onboarding experience reflecting our culture of care.
Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality in all interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
