Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a best-in-class new hire experience.

You will be the primary contact for Brycon and hiring managers, guiding candidates through pre-employment steps, coordinating IT equipment, PPE, and first-day logistics, and leading biweekly orientation sessions for HQ and regional participants. Reporting to the Compliance Senior Manager in HR, you will partner with Recruiting, HRBP, and Talent Development to collect feedback, implement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and self-direct priorities.
Spanish speaking/writing literacy is a plus.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
Experience in onboarding/orientation/events management is desirable.

Responsibilities

Acts as the first line of support to candidates in onboarding or new employment, ensuring access to vital information and a positive first impression.
Guides candidates through pre-employment requirements, drug screening, onboarding paperwork, and first-day logistics.
Leads biweekly new hire orientation programs in-person and virtually for regional participants.
Manages content for new hire orientation and onboarding tools to keep information current and engaging.
Collects feedback at key milestones and coordinates with HR to implement improvements.
