Job summary

CARFAX is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to design, build, and run structured onboarding for revenue-generating and customer-facing teams. The role requires creating repeatable, role-specific learning paths and coordinating with Sales Enablement, HR, Marketing, and RevOps.

In-person sessions occur monthly at the Reston, VA HQ, with 3–4 days/week in the Virginia office. Ideal candidates have 5+ years designing onboarding programs, strong content-creation skills, and experience leading

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, and leading structured onboarding programs across multiple teams or roles.
• Proven ability to reduce time-to-productivity and improve ramp outcomes with data.
• Experience standardizing programs across managers or locations to reduce variance.
• Ability to take an existing program and improve it rather than build from scratch.
• Strong live facilitation and coaching skills with a focus on practice-heavy sessions.
• Exceptional content creation skills to build polished onboarding decks and guides.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end for all DBU teams (Sales, Customer Care, Service/Account Management).
• Standardize onboarding within each team to ensure a consistent experience.
• Design and own role-specific pathways and milestones from pre-boarding to full ramp.
• Facilitate monthly onboarding sessions and role-plays at Reston HQ.
• Create and maintain high-quality onboarding content (paths, decks, scripts, certifications).
• Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure seamless handoff from onboarding to enablement.
• Track metrics like time-to-productivity and ramp trends to drive improvements.
