Job summary

Dentsu in New York is seeking an Onboarding & Learning Specialist to own the regional onboarding experience and support broader learning programs across the Americas. You will design scalable onboarding journeys, lead virtual and in-person sessions, and partner with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement from preboarding through year one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, talent development, employee experience, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning or significantly improving onboarding programs, employee journeys, or related talent experiences.
• Strong virtual and in-person facilitation skills, with the presence and confidence to represent onboarding across a region.
• Experience partnering on learning design or program design, with the ability to translate business and learner needs into engaging experiences and practical resources.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the onboarding experience across dentsu Americas, ensuring it reflects business priorities, dentsu culture, and employee needs.
• Lead regional virtual onboarding sessions and in-person sessions for New York-based employees, coordinating speakers and materials.
• Serve as a primary facilitator for regional learning programs and support intern onboarding and orientation activities.
• Build partnerships across Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Internal Communications, and business leadership to shape the new-hire experience and manage onboarding workstreams.
