Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead onboarding and orientation initiatives for AWS Data Center teams. You will design learning systems, coordinate global and local activities, and work with cross‑functional partners to improve the new hire experience.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of delivering onboarding programs across regions. Based in Reno/ Sparks area with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience facilitating in group settings with 50+ attendees.

Responsabilités

• Design onboarding and learning systems; manage complex initiatives and drive improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across cross-functional teams and schedules.
• Plan virtual and in-person orientation with instructor-led sessions and logistics.
• Develop metrics to measure end-to-end onboarding effectiveness.
