Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking a Manager, Talent Development & People Programs to lead onboarding and learning experience design. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, design standards, and AI-enabled solutions to scale learning across a hybrid Denver-based workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years in learning and development, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record of building scalable onboarding programs. Travel up to 20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional/Learning Design, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, or learning experience design
• Demonstrated experience designing end‑to‑end onboarding programs or significant employee lifecycle initiatives
• Experience facilitating workshops virtually, blended, and in person
• Experience building and scaling programs in a high-growth, hybrid or distributed environment
• Strong instructional design skills and content development expertise
• Proficiency with content authoring, visual design, and learning technology tools

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the pillar's intake process with performance consulting lens; track priorities and delivery through closure
• Lead project plans from concept to implementation and evaluation; coordinate resources and communications
• Develop and curate high-quality content and resources across the portfolio for various delivery modes
• Apply adult learning and behavioral science principles to solutions; consult with SMEs
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development and personalize learning
• Act as a producer for learning sessions; facilitate sessions and manage pilots
• Set design standards, templates, and quality criteria for learning content
• Own onboarding strategy and Day 90 framework; governance and standards
• Lead onboarding projects; develop standardized plans and cross-functional workflows
• Ensure onboarding connects to broader talent lifecycle
• Build onboarding components: orientation, journeys, guides, check-ins
• Design and facilitate Day 1 orientation and feedback system
• Build and maintain hiring manager onboarding toolkit
• Partner with People Partners to improve onboarding effectiveness
• Lead vendor selection and relationship management
• Develop dashboards and report success metrics across programs
• Scan trends and champion innovative approaches
