Job summary

Dentsu International Americas, LLC seeks a Product Implementation Prep & Strategy professional to bridge product capabilities with client delivery, leading upfront technical, operational, and architectural readiness for onboarding, integration, and scaling of dentsu’s Data & Technology solutions.

You will collaborate across Product, Client Success, Practice, and Technology teams to ensure onboarding frameworks, data models, and workflows are scalable, standardized, and aligned to business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Media, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, AI in practice, or product operations roles.
• Experience working across global clients and multi-market environments.
• Proven experience conducting technical audits and implementation scoping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and operational audits of AdTech, MarTech, and workflow ecosystems.
• Define implementation readiness criteria, dependencies, risks, and sequencing across global clients.
• Develop and maintain standardized onboarding frameworks to support scalable deployment.
• Support proof of concepts, pilots, and phased rollout strategies.
• Map as-is and to-be workflows across client onboarding, planning, activation, and reporting.
• Translate findings into structured requirements and prioritized improvement areas.
• Design high-level target-state architectures including integrations and data ownership.
• Audit, document and identify pain points across CRM, dentsu.Connect, and AdTech platforms.
