Job summary

MDW Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Orientation & Integration Analyst in Fort Belvoir, VA, to manage onboarding and workforce integration for a large NGA program. The role is part‑time hybrid, with emphasis on transition-in activities and ongoing support after full performance.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in adult learning, training and workforce integration.
• Experience instructing adult learners in classroom, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Experience supporting a DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal program.
• Experience developing onboarding, team-formation, knowledge-transfer, or professional-development activities.
• Ability to organize multiple training activities, track completion, and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding and workforce integration activities aligned with transition schedule.
• Coordinate preboarding checklists, documentation, training prerequisites, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Develop and facilitate MDW program orientation sessions covering structure, roles, and resources.
• Facilitate team-formation activities to improve collaboration across personnel.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training.
• Coordinate knowledge-transfer sessions and document gaps.
• Conduct Day 15/Day 30 readiness reviews and provide coaching or training recommendations.
• Monitor onboarding progress and readiness risks; report to program leadership.
• Coordinate with recruiting and HR for candidate communication and engagement.
• Provide inputs to transition plans, risk registers, and lessons learned.
