Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to own the live delivery of our new hire onboarding in San Francisco, ensuring a welcoming, well-run experience aligned with our mission.

You will orchestrate sessions, coordinate with Recruiting, People Services, Workplace, IT, and presenters, and continuously improve the program while delivering it reliably each cohort.

The role requires being in the office at least two days per week and the ability to adapt to changing plans with warmth and clarity.

Qualifications

• Interest in Anthropic's mission and in helping new hires connect their work to it.
• Extensive experience owning the end-to-end delivery of a recurring program, event series, or training program with many stakeholders.
• Advanced experience facilitating or presenting.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly program delivery: Run each onboarding cohort from pre-arrival readiness through program close, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Facilitate live sessions as the primary facilitator and host for every cohort, setting the tone and keeping on time and on message.
• Support presenters and facilitators: Brief speakers and back-up facilitators, provide feedback, and drive content iteration.
• Oversee cross-functional execution: Coordinate with Recruiting, People Services, Workplace, IT, and AV to align start dates, devices, rooms, catering, and comms.
• Set the weekly operating rhythm: Prioritize logistics and coordination to prevent gaps.
• Support improvements to the program’s operating system: Improve run-of-show docs, checklists, playbooks, and automations.
• Track program health: Gather new hire feedback, surface trends, and suggest design/priorities.
• Drive content improvement: Iterate on program content based on feedback and company needs.
• Plan ahead for changes: Anticipate cohort size swings, holidays, space constraints, and contingencies.
