Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in L&D, OD, HR or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs across multiple modalities.
• Strong facilitation and ISD skills, with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Learning & Development: curate, develop and maintain onboarding and internship programs.
• Performance Management: support cycles and feedback initiatives aligned with goals.
