Job summary

Platform Science, Inc. is seeking a data-driven HR Generalist to join the People Experience (PX) team. You will own onboarding/offboarding workflows, maintain ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems, and ensure a seamless, compliant, people-first experience for all employees.

You will support employee lifecycle activities, from new hire orientation to offboarding, while partnering across teams to improve HR operations and engagement. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of general HR experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now administration.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HRIS administration including data integrity and maintenance.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows and contracts.
• Host onboarding orientation and process Form I-9 verifications.
• Handle lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and status changes.
• Prepare routine operational HR reports and audits.
