Qualifications

• Experience in employee training, onboarding, or engagement programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate interactive training sessions.
• Proficiency in using electronic systems for tracking education and competencies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, clinical leadership, and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Orientation & Onboarding: Facilitate engaging and interactive orientation sessions for new staff, covering organizational values, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Training Coordination & Competency Tracking: Schedule on-the-job training, track competency completion, maintain employee files, and generate reports.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Recruit, train, and support departmental mentors to enhance onboarding and peer support.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify engagement opportunities and address retention challenges.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
