Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver orientation and onboarding sessions for new staff.
• Coordinate on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and existing staff.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Recruit, train, and support departmental mentors to enhance onboarding and peer support.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify engagement opportunities and address retention challenges.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
