Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic Integration & Early Talent Coordinator to support onboarding and early talent programs within the Culture, Engagement & Learning team.

This onsite role in Redwood City requires project management, creative thinking, and attention to detail. You will coordinate onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers, maintain trackers and records, and provide logistical support for orientation and internship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field.
• At least two years of HR, recruiting, program coordination, event coordination, or admin support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional, service-oriented style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaborates effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
• This onsite role is based in Redwood City.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding for new employees from offer to integration.
• Coordinate with TA, People Ops, IT, managers to prepare new hires for day one.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, records, and HR system data.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding swag, inventory, ordering, assembly and shipping.
• Provide logistics for new-hire orientation: scheduling, materials, attendance, follow-up.
• Provide admin support for internship programs, including schedules and events.
• Offer coordination support for other employee integration and initiatives.
