Job summary

Servicon Systems, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Culver City, CA to coordinate new hire onboarding, manage documentation, and ensure compliant, smooth introductions to the company.

You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, and Operations to schedule orientations and ensure timely access to systems and equipment. The role is hybrid with in-office presence required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of onboarding or HR coordination experience.
• Familiar with HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms, and document management tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires including start dates and orientation.
• Prepare, collect, review, and track new hire documentation.
• Support background checks, I-9, policy acknowledgments, and other onboarding requirements.
• Maintain confidential onboarding records and files.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires with timely communication.
• Enter and update onboarding data in HR systems, ATS, and related tools.
