You will be the primary contact for onboarding questions and documentation, delivering a high-touch candidate experience via phone and email.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in onboarding or related roles, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or customer-facing administrative roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
• Organized and responsive; able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.
• Go-to person to keep people informed and processes on track.
• Strong customer service skills with candidates and employees by phone/email.

Responsibilities

• Guide new hires through the full onboarding process including background checks and paperwork.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact for questions and documentation.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation.
• Respond to standard employee inquiries; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support unemployment claims, verifications, and compliance tracking.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll support as needed.
• Answer inbound lines and greet visitors professionally.
• Manage general office tasks and supply ordering.
