Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires. You will ensure a welcoming, well-organized process and support HR teams with efficient workflows.

You will collaborate with HR, recruiting, and people managers, verify eligibility, and handle onboarding materials and communications. The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year experience in marketing, HR, customer service or admin.
• Experience with onboarding or HR support.
• Ability to verify employment eligibility and handle sensitive information.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems a plus (Greenhouse or Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience from offer to first days.
• Schedule and prepare weekly new hire orientations across sites.
• Communicate with HR and people managers on onboarding status.
• Verify employment eligibility per policy and regulations.
• Evaluate and improve onboarding processes for efficiency.
• Respond promptly and professionally to new hire questions.
• Track and order onboarding supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and recruiting to support onboarding admin tasks.
• Assist with development resources requests from HR or managers.
• Support the broader HR initiatives as needed.
