Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of professional experience in marketing, HR, customer service, or administrative capacity.
• Experience with HR, recruiting and/or onboarding preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience from offer to start.
• Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding new hire status.
• Verify employment eligibility of new hires.
• Evaluate current onboarding processes and implement improvements.
• Provide timely responses to new hire questions and maintain service levels.
• Track, maintain and order onboarding supplies.
• Collaborate with team to source development resources as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
