Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and expedite onboarding for consultant assignments at our Jacksonville office. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Recruitment to understand client requirements, ensuring new consultants complete onboarding on schedule before starting assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM or ATS systems to the onboarding process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork for external employees including background checks, drug screens, immunization documents, and I-9 forms.
• Send external employee agreements, offer letters, and contracts.
• Guide new consultants through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Provide administrative support to external and internal employees within the division.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct as needed.
• Assist in communication between Sales Managers and Recruiters on calls or meetings.
• Become a subject matter expert on ATS and background vendors to assist staff and consultants.
• Occasionally work weekends and overtime when needed.
• Assist with projects for the Sales and Recruiting Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
