Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to scope staffing needs, screen applications, coordinate interviews, track metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws while supporting new employees through

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related area.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination).
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate qualifications.
• Screen applications and recommend qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person).
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity) and report findings.
• Maintain and track candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
