Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding or client services within a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of KYC and CDD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support new client onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams (operations, compliance, legal).
• Oversee onboarding requests to confirm alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including CDD.
• Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, required actions, and potential blockers.
• Collaborate with the business to prioritize onboarding requests based on strategic importance and urgency.
• Represent the Client Management organization in all onboarding, CDD, and account‑setup matters.
• Champion standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client onboarding experience.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for each onboarding project.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM/workflow tools to track and report onboarding metrics.
