The role reports to the Supervisor, Pre-Hire Compliance & Onboarding and involves tracking, dashboards, and weekly reporting on onboarding metrics. The position emphasizes accuracy in documentation, timely communication with affiliates, and strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, credentialing, or compliance support preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and HR systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to safeguard confidential information and handle sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Assigned desk and case ownership: manage onboarding cases from handoff through clearance and transition.
• State, federal, and county clearances: initiate, track, obtain, and verify applicable checks and clearances.
• Medical clearance coordination: coordinate appointments and verify receipt without making clinical judgments.
• Program and regulatory requirements: apply approved matrices for required credentials and trainings.
• Readiness verification: ensure all requirements and approvals are complete before marking clearance.
• Affiliate and stakeholder communications: provide timely status updates and document commitments.
