Mission Healthcare is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator Intern to support the onboarding process for new hires. You will coordinate orientation sessions, manage documentation, and serve as a resource for new employees during their initial employment period.

In this role, you will partner with HR and department managers to tailor onboarding plans, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain confidentiality of employee records.

Qualifications

• 1 year preferred in onboarding or HR administration.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient with HR software and onboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling orientation sessions.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of pre-employment documents.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws.
