Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a detail-oriented onboarding specialist to manage pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding documentation. You will ensure compliance with policies and coordinate with Compliance and front-office teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and efficient handling of paperwork, with a focus on accurate data entry and timely updates to the Candidate Tracker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements and update the Candidate Tracker.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening for contractors.
• Monitor contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements and document status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception.
• Organize office supplies, mailings, shipments and filing of paperwork.
• Deliver world-class customer service to ensure a quality candidate experience.
