Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success experience.
• Experience with international/global accounts.
• Strong communication in Italian, Spanish and English.
• Proficient with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customers in parallel and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding after signup to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Collaborate with customers to understand goals, use cases, and needs.
• Set up channels, AI agents and automations for live operation.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer issues and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor satisfaction and usage, identifying opportunities for growth.
