Job summary

Respond.io is seeking a results-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from signup to live setup. You will work closely with customers to understand goals and translate pain points into actionable plans, ensuring smooth onboarding and high satisfaction through channel and AI configuration.

Collaborate across teams to maximize platform value by setting up channels, AI agents, and automations for lead handling, and by monitoring satisfaction and usage to drive retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Strong communication in Portuguese and English.
• Technical confidence with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
