ResiBrands in Austin, Texas is hiring a personable, tech-savvy CRM Onboarding Coordinator to guide new users through setup, training, and launch of our CRM platform.

You will lead demonstrations, configure workflows, maintain regular contact, and create onboarding plans to drive early adoption across franchise partners. This role emphasizes clear communication, hands-on training, and translating business needs into practical software workflows for long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in software onboarding or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with CRM, SaaS platforms, or business software is preferred.
• Able to present software and lead virtual or in-person training sessions.
• Strong communication skills; translate technical info into simple language.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding from kickoff to launch.
• Lead product demonstrations, setup calls, training sessions, and onboarding meetings.
• Learn each customer’s business needs and configure CRM around their workflow.
• Explain features clearly to users with varying technical levels.
• Assist with account setup, user permissions, workflows, data entry, and onboarding tasks.
• Create onboarding plans with milestones and timelines.
• Maintain regular communication and track customer progress.
• Encourage early adoption and demonstrate CRM usage in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with technical/product teams for complex issues.
• Identify customers needing additional training or support.
• Help create training materials and onboarding resources.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM and nurture long-term relationships.
