As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll join the go-to-market team to help customers onboard Fieldguide, drive rapid adoption, and deliver value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST).
• 3+ years in technology consulting, onboarding, implementation at a top firm or startup.
• Strong consulting skills helping complex organizations succeed as trusted advisor.
• Team player with a mission-first mindset.
• Project management proficiency with multi-customer prioritization.
• Executive presence and ability to influence internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement across implementation phases.
• Guide growth by outlining goals and activities, reviewing progress with customers.
• Build champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge among customer teams.
• Advocate for the customer with Engineering, Product, Design and Sales.
• Mitigate risks with proactive action plans and risk management.
• Measure progress and document value with case studies and adoption metrics.
