Job summary

Hornblower Group seeks a Host/Front-of-House on our vessel operations to assist the Restaurant Manager and ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction aboard the vessel. You will help greet guests, coordinate seating, and support service teams throughout each cruise.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, restaurant experience preferred, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Maintain a safe onboard work environment and assist in safety routines.
• Assist with seating guests and coordinating dining on deck(s).
• Oversee deck setup and side work assignments.
• Support servers and ensure smooth table service.
