You will welcome guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while guiding guests through onboard entertainment and routes. This fast-paced role requires a professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to multitask on a moving vessel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments accurately.
• Provide menu recommendations and information about onboard entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere for guests.
• Set up and maintain dining areas and service stations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest areas while supporting the team.
