Job summary

Hornblower Group's City Cruises UK onboard team seeks a friendly Team Member to deliver outstanding dining experiences on our cruises and private hire events. You will ensure food safety, service excellence, and guest satisfaction aboard our vessels.

Responsibilities include providing hospitality, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting promotional activities while adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers per RESPECT service system.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment onboard.
• Anticipate customer needs and address issues to prevent dissatisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely and accurate service of orders.
• Follow all food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
• Carry stock from storage area onto boat and uphold safety policies.
