Job summary

Hornblower Corp seeks a friendly, technically competent Server to deliver food and beverages aboard our vessel. You will greet guests, take orders, and guide them through our RESPECT service system while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You must lift up to 40 pounds, work nights, weekends, and major holidays, and provide information on menus, routes, and entertainments. Prior high-volume restaurant experience is preferred; strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all service areas.
• Provide information on menus, entertainment options, and cruise route.
• Collect payments for onboard purchases and handle transactions.
