Job summary

Riviera Dining Group seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily luxury-venue operations, drive profitability, and elevate guest and member experiences. You will partner with Culinary, Finance, HR, and executives to implement systems and standards across multiple outlets including restaurants, lounges, and nightlife spaces.

The role requires a proven luxury hospitality background, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between RDG properties to sustain exceptional service and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a General Manager or Director of Operations in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing mixed-use properties including members' clubs and nightlife.
• State-compliant food handler and TIPS certifications.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including holidays and travel among RDG properties.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of luxury venues and oversee financial performance.
• Build operating systems, standards, and accountability across departments.
• Lead guest and member experiences with high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and advance a high-performing management team.
