Job summary

Fresh Kitchen LP in Miami seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the front-of-house guest experience, manage shifts, and coach a high-performing team. You will partner with leadership to align FOH/BOH and ensure consistent, on-brand hospitality during peak volumes and catering demand.

You will own guest flow, training, and standards, while maintaining food safety and a welcoming environment. Strong leadership and a passion for hospitality are essential to drive exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong restaurant/operational leadership with hospitality focus.
• Willingness to learn our kitchen and make quality coaching/food calls.
• Experience in a food-focused operation with high standards.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the full FOH guest journey, ensuring fast, friendly service and brand consistency.
• Lead shift execution, manage order flow, and direct staff to maintain quality.
• Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing FOH team in partnership with leadership.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained daily.
• Balance online ordering and in-store experiences to protect guest satisfaction.
