Qualifications

• 10+ years as GM or Director of Operations in fine dining or luxury venues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage a mixed-use property including a members club and nightlife.
• State-compliant food handling and TIPS certifications.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel among RDG properties.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a luxury venue with multiple outlets.
• Own profit and loss and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Lead guest and member experience, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Develop the management team and training calendars for succession.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to align on strategy.
