Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join the Sterling, VA airport leadership team. You will lead the daily floor operations on the front lines, driving security, customer service and sales performance while coaching a hands-on team.

You will ensure CLEAR and TSA policies are followed with the highest level of integrity, monitor on-shift performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships with airport partners. This role requires a hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (1–2 years).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and coach a security, service and sales team.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor security, service, and sales across each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs, and team huddles.
• Oversee asset control and device troubleshooting.
• Represent CLEAR with airport, TSA, and airline stakeholders.
• Participate in incident prevention and response.
• Attend station management team meetings.
