Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to be the main contact between our workforce and the client's on-site leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage day-to-day worker support, onboarding, scheduling, and ensure clear communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers and serve as the primary contact at the site.
• Coordinate onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins; manage interviews and start schedules for new hires.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams with clear updates.
