Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to serve as the main liaison between the workforce and the client's leadership team in a busy warehouse setting. You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day worker support while ensuring clear communication across site supervisors, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.

The role requires professionalism, bilingual communication, and the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication (email and in-person).
• Professional demeanor representing Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
• Warm, friendly, approachable with ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as primary relationship owner.
• Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins; coordinate interviews and start schedules.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage on-site performance.
• Bridge communications between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify and flag performance concerns; handle incident management and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations; ensure staffing and PPE management.
• Identify wallet expansion opportunities.
