Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site at a client facility in Rincon, GA (Savannah area). You will be the face of Traba on site, managing day-to-day worker support, onboarding and scheduling, and ensuring clear communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team.

The role operates in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment with full-time or part-time schedules; full-time typically Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable, with ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsabilidades

• Worker & Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates and support.
• On-Site Coordination: Facilitate onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins; coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires.
• Worker Support & Performance: Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage on-site performance.
• Communication & Reporting: Bridge communications between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and flag performance concerns; handle incidents and escalations.
• Operational Execution: Support day-to-day site operations, staffing coverage, PPE distribution, and shift management.
• Account Growth: Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
