Job summary

Traba, Inc. is seeking a Customer On-Site for a client facility in Rincon, GA (Savannah area). The role serves as the main contact between Traba’s workforce and the client’s leadership, driving service delivery and coordinating onboarding, scheduling, and daily worker support.

You’ll manage relationships with site supervisors and workers, coordinate interviews and start schedules, and ensure smooth communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (email and in-person).
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates and support.
• Facilitate worker onboarding, interviews, and start schedules; oversee vetting and onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams; share updates and changes clearly.
• Identify and flag performance concerns; handle incident management and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensure staffing coverage and positive worker experience; manage shift schedules and PPE.
