Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Elizabethtown, PA facility. The role leads daily warehouse operations and staff, focusing on accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include directing workflow, coaching associates, and ensuring compliance with DEA and company policies. On-site, full-time with a sign-on bonus, candidate must be flexible with hours and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain appropriate security clearances and adhere to safety policies.
• Proficiency with warehouse operations and basic software (Outlook, Excel).
• Willingness to work extended hours and participate in weekend on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and supervise warehouse associates.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DEA, and company policies.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and chained logs.
• Operate or supervise use of RF devices as required.
