Job summary

Cencora, through its MWI Animal Health business, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the Elizabethtown, PA facility. This full-time role oversees receiving, shipping, inventory, and the performance of warehouse associates while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work extended hours and weekend on-call. Strong computer skills and RF/device familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Typically minimum two years of related supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, train and coach warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct hiring, termination, direction and performance of associates.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Ensure accuracy of logs, documents, and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coach staff and monitor performance; drive productivity and costs improvements.
• Maintain records of delivery processes and manifests; interact with customers as needed.
