Job summary

Performance Team is hiring for a Supervisor, Operations in Burlington, NJ. This on-site role runs Wednesday to Saturday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM and involves coordinating warehouse activities, staffing, and payroll for 20+ employees.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, plan inbound/outbound work, and ensure safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics.
