Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Supervisor of Operations for Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM. This on-site role oversees warehouse activities, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control to meet customer metrics.

You will supervise 20+ employees, manage payroll for the department, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience) and a track record of coordinating inbound/outbound

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supervising 20+ employees.
Familiarity with inventory controls and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
Trains and develops warehouse personnel; ensures safety procedures are followed.
Maintains inventory records and payroll for the department.
