World Courier Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead Supervisors and teams in a full-time role. You will plan, coordinate, and manage warehouse operations in RF or non-RF environments, ensuring safety compliance and efficient distribution of inventory.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in warehouse management, and 2+ years in supervision, with readiness for extended hours and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years directly related warehouse management experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical use of facilities.
• Plans, coordinates, and manages all receiving, stocking, inventory, shipping, and order filling.
• Monitors performance, productivity, and quality controls with targets.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepares department budget and manages expenses; leads continuous improvement.
