Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to drive operational success by leading labor and following processes. You will ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, task prioritization and staff leadership to meet customer needs daily.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in logistics, including warehouse supervision, with travel up to 10%. Proficiency in MS Office and PO systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 3+ years of industry work experience; two years of warehouse-specific experience.
• Domestic and international logistics experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word) and basic IT literacy.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff; oversee daily performance and service levels.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and discipline employees as needed.
• Promote SOPs; ensure accuracy in inventory and orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and support inquiries.
• Monitor inventories, shipments, and delivery performance.
• Generate regular reports and drive operational improvements.
