Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a site within a customer’s distribution center, leading a team and ensuring efficient operations. You’ll build and maintain the customer relationship while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.

The role requires 5+ years in retail distribution or manufacturing, WMS knowledge, forklift certification, and the ability to travel. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Spanish is a plus in many locations.
• Forklift Certification Required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees, both administrative and manufacturing, across shifts (3–25 employees).
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the entire new hire process with HR recruiters and onboarding team.
• Analyze site data for continuous improvements in operational excellence.
• Draft reports and procedural instructions for distribution operations.
