Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee an on-site distribution center, manage all staff, and drive operational excellence. You will nurture customer relationships, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards across the site.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields and 3+ years in supervision; WMS knowledge and MS Office proficiency are preferred. Valid driver’s license and forklift cert are required for travel and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail management, distribution, supply chain or manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site employees across shifts and sizes up to 25.
• Communicate goals, schedules, and workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards across the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with new hire process with HR onboarding team.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Draft reports and procedural instructions.
• Present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Analyze site data for continuous improvements.
